I've been crazy busy. Working. working, working. That's not really exciting so enough on that.
I've also been working on making my way to grad school this fall. I got accepted to a couple of universities in England, and I am now officially a postgraduate student at Kingston University in London. I will study Art History, my passion. I am sooo excited and just wish I was there already. It's been 2 years since I've been to the UK and I'm just itching to go back. And LIVE.
Aside from that... not much has been going on. As you know, I am really into live music and shows and have been to some pretty good ones this year. Pretty Lights in March, and the New Politics and Silversun Pickups (pictured below) just last week...

And I am going to see Green Day tour with my absolute favorite band ever, AFI, in a month.
Anyway. A lot of my old friends are settling down now, getting married and having babies. It's so fun to watch them and I wish I could be there for the weddings and various showers. I am very excited for them. I guess we're now at that age where those things start happening. But right now I am on a different path. I need to be out in the world and explore and do as much as I can... I have done a lot but it's not enough. I don't know what it is, but it's like there is something invisible pushing and prodding me forward, and I don't stay in one place or with anyone for too long. There is so much out there, and I want to see it all. I don't know where I'll be a year from now... every year since I was 20 I've lived in a different place. Utah, Massachusetts, Arizona, Italy, etc. And travelled to many, many others. Each new place is like a new episode, a new opportunity, and a different life from the last. That endless possibility is exciting and addicting. This makes me feel different from most people I know -- but I also know I am not alone in feeling this way. Everyone wants stability and security in life, and I am no different in that regard. But things haven't worked out that way for me, and I've taken that bull by the horns and am running with it.
